Refund and Returns Policy

Booking Confirmation

To secure your event date, a deposit of £50 (or £100 for tent parties) is required via bank transfer. Your booking will be officially confirmed once the deposit has been received and processed. The final balance is due no later than 7 days before the event begins.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Homeandawaygaming reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide you with the option to either receive a full refund or reschedule the event to a later date that suits you.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the event: You will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this period.
