Booking Confirmation

A £50 deposit (or £100 for tent parties) is required via bank transfer to secure your event date.

Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received and processed.

The final balance is due 7 days before the event begins.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Homeandawaygaming may cancel, modify, or postpone a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the event.

Cancellation policy:

A full refund is provided for cancellations made over 2 weeks before the event.

No refunds are issued for cancellations within 2 weeks of the event.

Gaming and Tent Party Requirements

A minimum space of 4×2 metres is recommended for gaming parties and 6×6 metres for tent parties. The area must be free of hanging branches or sharp objects.

Health and Safety

All Homeandawaygaming staff over 18 have undergone an enhanced DBS check.

Food and drinks are prohibited in the gaming area and tent.

Smoking is not permitted near the gaming equipment.

Equipment is cleaned and sanitised before each party.

Homeandawaygaming holds Public Liability Insurance.

Please be aware that Homeandawaygaming is not liable for incidents related to pre-existing health conditions.

Terms of Hire

We plan to arrive 45 to 120 minutes before your event for setup. If delayed by traffic, we will notify you and extend the session to compensate for the lost time.

We try to match players with age-appropriate games, but parental or guardian supervision is required at the party, along with a staff member.

Homeandawaygaming will capture photographs and videos at the event exclusively for use on social media.
